At the packed-out opening of The NUT’s latest exhibition “IMAGINARY PEOPLE” on April 11th, we listened to the artist Raymond Lemstra deconstruct his work. Accompanied by many clips, sketches and short videos, the illustrator went through his design process, meditating on his influences and fantasies. His work is on display at The Nut from April 11-30 2013, marking Lemstra’s first solo show in China.
